Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI ethics (top-tier conferences/journals)
- Proficiency in auditing frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience with causal inference and fairness metrics in ML
- Strong background in policy analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, Partnership on AI)
