Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in high-impact sectors (healthcare, autonomous systems, global infrastructure)
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI algorithms for bias, fairness, and transparency across 2026 product roadmaps
- Partner with policymakers and industry coalitions to shape emerging AI regulations and standards
- Design and deliver AI ethics training programs for 500+ engineers and product managers globally
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical compliance in production AI environments
- Author whitepapers and position papers on AI ethics for 2026 technological transitions
- Champion ethical AI principles through public speaking engagements and industry forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 8+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or autonomous systems)
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques and algorithmic transparency methods
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals or conference proceedings
- Experience collaborating with regulatory bodies (NIST, EU AI Act committees) or standards organizations
