Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical frameworks for generative AI and quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Anticipate 2026-era technological risks through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Advocate for inclusive design principles in autonomous systems and biometric technologies
- Partner with legal teams to draft next-generation tech governance policies
- Represent the organization at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Establish industry benchmarks for transparency in algorithmic decision-making
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Technology Policy, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Deep expertise in AI alignment principles and governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record influencing tech policy through publications or advisory roles
- Understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and synthetic biology implications
- Experience developing ethical guidelines for multinational corporations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technology ethics
- Fluency in at least one major programming language for technical validation
