Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record in developing AI bias mitigation frameworks

- Published research in peer-reviewed AI ethics journals
- Strong background in machine learning model interpretability techniques
- Experience with participatory design methodologies for ethical tech
