- Advise product teams on regulatory compliance for emerging AI standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Published record in AI ethics, fairness, or responsible ML (top-tier conferences/journals)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and algorithmic auditing methodologies
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and statistical analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
