- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to integrate futurist insights into product development and market expansion
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry thought leaders
- Create predictive models for emerging technology adoption and societal impact
- Present strategic briefings to board members and investors on future market opportunities
- Champion innovation culture through internal futurist training programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
