- Monitor emerging regulations (e.g., EU AI Act) and adapt compliance strategies
- Create educational materials promoting ethical AI practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong written communication for policy documentation and stakeholder reports
- Familiarity with Python and ML model evaluation workflows
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI preferred
