Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum computing applications
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits using advanced fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of emerging technologies including neural-symbolic AI
- Lead cross-functional working groups to align technical teams with ethical governance policies
- Proactively identify and mitigate ethical risks in AI deployment scenarios
- Represent the company in industry ethics forums and regulatory dialogues
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks for machine learning
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical guidelines in production AI systems
- Strong technical background in AI/ML with ability to audit complex models
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and neuro-symbolic AI systems
