Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and propose mitigation strategies for high-stakes applications
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical design principles in AI development workflows
- Lead stakeholder engagements with regulators, academics, and civil society on AI governance
- Establish metrics for ethical AI performance and track KPIs across product ecosystems
- Author thought leadership content on emerging AI ethics challenges and solutions
- Mentor engineering teams on responsible AI implementation best practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI guidelines in production environments
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with adversarial testing and explainable AI (XAI) methodologies
- Experience with cross-functional ethics committees or regulatory advisory boards
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
- Proficiency in Python or R for bias analysis and ethical impact assessment
