Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness across 50+ AI deployments
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical design principles into the development lifecycle
- Present findings to C-suite executives and regulatory bodies including the FTC and IEEE
- Author industry whitepapers on responsible AI adoption for 2026 regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior researchers in ethics methodologies and emerging regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research on algorithmic fairness
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing tools and ethical impact assessment
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on technology ethics
- Published author in Nature or MIT Technology Review on AI governance
- Fluency in at least two non-English languages for global policy work
