Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for quantum computing and biometric systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments on autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Develop corporate policies aligning with EU AI Act and evolving US regulatory landscape
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and social science teams
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry publications and regulatory bodies
- Stakeholder engagement with human rights organizations and marginalized communities
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and neuromorphic computing
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy development
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Experience with international regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Proficiency in ethical impact assessment methodologies
- Strong background in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Published work on AI ethics or technology ethics in peer-reviewed journals
