Responsibilities

- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for emerging AI legislation
- Create ethics-by-design protocols for generative AI deployments
- Partner with policy teams to shape industry-wide AI standards
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics or responsible AI governance
- Published research on algorithmic bias or fairness in machine learning
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tool development
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or industry panels
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
