Responsibilities

- Advise C-suite stakeholders on regulatory compliance for emerging AI technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational AI strategy with ethical principles
- Produce thought leadership content on responsible AI adoption trends
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years applying ethical frameworks to AI/ML systems or similar tech
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
