Qualifications

- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proven track record of developing organizational ethical frameworks
- Expertise in algorithmic bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Experience with cross-functional leadership in tech environments
