Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen neural interfaces
- Advise C-suite on ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance
- Forge strategic partnerships with DARPA, ESA, and academic research consortia
- Author white papers on the societal impact of AGI and synthetic consciousness
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental technology incubation
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging fields through our Horizon Fellowship
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Neuroscience, Quantum Computing, or equivalent field
- 10+ years leading R&D in AI/ML with 3+ at executive level
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Deep understanding of AGI safety frameworks and alignment theory
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants and government innovation contracts
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of scaling technology from lab to market (3+ exits)
