- Champion sustainable technology integration across all product development cycles
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies in target sectors
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in next-gen tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech implementation
- Experience managing >$5M innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Strong background in patent strategy and IP commercialization
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive audiences
- PhD or equivalent industry innovation awards a plus
