Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present innovation roadshows to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Author thought leadership papers on AI's societal impact by 2030
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML with 3+ years in strategic innovation or futures planning
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Proven experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Deep expertise in generative AI, AGI safety, and human-computer interaction
- Executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field preferred
