- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and implement future-focused solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with tech innovators, research institutions, and venture capitalists
- Oversee R&D investments in next-generation technology initiatives
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing transformative technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
