Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Architect quantum-resistant machine learning models for secure data ecosystems
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire breakthrough startups in neurotech and sustainable AI
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on emerging tech risks/opportunities
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for human-AI symbiotic interfaces
- Coordinate with UN sustainable development goals for 2030 tech alignment
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or Futurism (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years experience in machine learning research with published breakthrough papers
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and post-quantum cryptography
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience in Fortune 500 tech roadmapping
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting AI implementations
