- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and investor relations

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years of R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning
- Proven track record scaling AI systems from prototype to production
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate partnerships
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing languages (Q#)
