Responsibilities

- Lead research on ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric integration
- Architect predictive models using federated learning and edge computing architectures
- Coordinate with product teams to implement AI solutions across healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and regulatory bodies
- Monitor global AI policy developments and compliance requirements
- Mentor junior researchers in advanced machine learning techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and causal inference
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and NISQ-era algorithms
- Experience with AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong track record of translating complex AI concepts into business value
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI development preferred
