- Author whitepapers on post-neural network AI architectures
- Establish KPIs for measuring AI autonomy and ethical alignment
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and Davos forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in advanced AI development
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or explainable AI
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to 10M+ user bases
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI and multi-agent reinforcement learning
- Portfolio demonstrating AI systems deployed in regulated industries
