Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA with tech specialization
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing global cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
