Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI roadmaps for 2026-2030 quantum-integrated systems
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms in regulated industries
- Conduct foresight research on emerging biotech-AI convergence applications
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on next-gen neural interface protocols
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied futurism methodologies
- Secure $2M+ in annual R&D funding through competitive grant proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or quantum machine learning journals
- Proven track record of scaling AI solutions from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy architectures
- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals tech alignment
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA, NSF)
