Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement the core infrastructure for our 2026 product suite, focusing on high-performance neural networks and distributed computing.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technology stack and architectural patterns that will support our growth over the next two years.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of models for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
- R&D Integration: Translate theoretical research papers into deployable, production-grade code.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Problem Solving: Deep understanding of distributed systems, big data, and algorithm optimization.
