Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, including LLMs and generative AI agents.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous research on novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Implement MLOps best practices to manage the full lifecycle of models from experimentation to deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to internal technical blogs and whitepapers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in building production-level machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures and NLP fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
