Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure optimized for next-generation edge computing environments.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on reasoning accuracy and reducing hallucinations.
- Design and implement sophisticated reinforcement learning strategies to enhance autonomous agent behavior.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products seamlessly.
- Mentor and coach a team of 5+ engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Ensure ethical AI deployment, data privacy compliance, and robust security protocols.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or hybrid classical-quantum algorithms is a major plus.
