- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of AI initiatives.
- Prioritization & Execution: Make critical decisions on feature sets and product iterations, managing the product backlog to maximize ROI.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Strategy, with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to define and execute long-term product strategies (3-5 year horizon) with a focus on the 2026 timeframe.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, data pipelines, and software development lifecycles.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
