- Secure $5M+ in research funding through strategic partnerships
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Drive 3+ patents annually in quantum-AI convergence technologies
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or AI optimization
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to handle petabyte datasets
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA)
- Deep understanding of quantum-resistant cryptography frameworks
- Strong background in ethical AI development and deployment
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
