Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend architectures using Rust and Go for high-performance AI workloads.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into web applications to create context-aware user experiences.
- Optimize frontend performance using modern WebAssembly and WebGPU technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers to define the roadmap for our autonomous agent platform.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Conduct rigorous testing and deployment strategies for continuous integration pipelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI or distributed systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Strong experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and WebGL/Three.js.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
