Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in deep learning architectures for next-generation AI systems
- Design and implement novel algorithms for unsupervised learning and generative models

- Publish findings in top-tier AI conferences and journals
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through internal tech talks

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in AI research with publications at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale (>10M users)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning or computer vision
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding through grants or partnerships
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
