Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI architectures for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Translate theoretical models into scalable production systems using quantum computing
- Collaborate with futurists to anticipate societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants through compelling proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in AI innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level AI systems with measurable impact
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (minimum 5 papers)
- Expertise in neural architecture search and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience securing federal/industry research grants
