Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their commercial implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Create annual technology trend reports and competitive landscape analyses
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends: Web3, AGI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
