Responsibilities
- Lead advanced R&D projects in quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for 2026-era AI applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Publish high-impact papers in top-tier AI/quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical excellence across the lab
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grant proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Proven expertise in quantum machine learning and deep learning frameworks
- Publication record at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing toolkits (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from concept to deployment
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation strategies
