Responsibilities
- Lead R&D for 2026-era AI architectures with focus on quantum-enhanced neural networks
- Develop novel algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems with ethical guardrails
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions across biotech, climate modeling, and space exploration domains
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at global tech summits
- Mentor next-generation researchers through our Quantum Leap Fellowship program
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure supporting 10M+ concurrent simulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/ML journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (CUDA, MPI, Kubernetes)
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and diffusion models
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development frameworks
