- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the tech department.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-suite executives and investors.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies that align with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
