Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation AI architectures using quantum-inspired algorithms
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AGI safety frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Publish 2+ groundbreaking papers annually at top-tier AI conferences
- Architect neuromorphic computing systems for real-time multimodal processing
- Collaborate with ethics council to develop bias-mitigation protocols for 2026 AI ecosystems
- Secure $1M+ in annual research funding through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers in cutting-edge ML paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Computational Neuroscience
- 5+ years in AI research with publications at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and tensor network algorithms
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, Intel Hala Point)
- Demonstrated ability to secure government research grants
- Strong background in AI ethics and alignment research
