Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 12+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Executive-level experience managing 50+ person technical teams
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
