Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching AI products generating $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in federated learning, explainable AI, and ethical AI frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience scaling AI teams to 200+ professionals across global offices
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for AI deployment (EU AI Act, NIST framework)
