Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap and strategic vision.
- Lead the R&D efforts in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Green Technology.
- Oversee the migration and integration of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with global standards.
- Collaborate with the C-Suite to align technology initiatives with business growth goals.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering and product team.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, including at least 5 years in a C-level or VP of Engineering role.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and emerging tech adoption.
- Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
