Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap, aligning engineering capabilities with the company's 2026 vision and business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability.
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software architectures, ensuring robust security and compliance standards.
- Technology Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with the C-suite and product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or Engineering Director).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and managing large-scale infrastructure projects through periods of hyper-growth.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
