Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently with empathy and professionalism.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale while maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and visual merchandising displays.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, loss prevention, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn point-of-sale (POS) systems quickly.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
