Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our internal database.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or call center environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
