Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle customer calls, emails, and live chats professionally to resolve issues and answer questions regarding products and services.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges using our CRM software and point-of-sale systems.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases to senior support staff while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.
