Your Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive top-notch assistance. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information with a smile.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and account information.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Process transactions accurately using our internal software systems.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude, even during difficult interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency are preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if working remotely).
- Must be available to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
