Responsibilities

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal software.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve service delivery and resolve recurring problems.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
Qualifications
