In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing detailed product information.
- Manage customer complaints or issues with patience and de-escalation techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
