Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with accuracy and courtesy.
- Process sales transactions and payments accurately using POS systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace and store layout.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
