Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using internal CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
