Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails with patience and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently using our CRM software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to improve service delivery.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
